Notes that carry real work
Most note apps stop at text. BlokNotes starts there. Every note is built from blocks — headings, lists, code, quotes, tables, sketches — arranged in a clean writing surface that stays out of your way.
Around that surface sits a connected workspace: link a note to a project, mention a colleague, reference a company, attach a file. Your notes stop being a pile of documents and become the connective tissue of your work.

Write in blocks, think in structure
Every paragraph, heading, list and table is a block you can rearrange, nest and style. Switch a paragraph to a heading, drag a list into a toggle, drop a code block into meeting notes — the editor adapts to how you think rather than forcing a format.
- Headings, lists, quotes, code blocks, tables and embeds
- Nested blocks with unlimited depth
- Per-workspace typography: fonts, sizes, list styles and colors
- Normal or full-width content layout per note
Everything links to everything
Backlinks show you every note that references the one you are reading. Mentions connect notes to people and other notes, and relations connect them to companies, projects, meetings and invoices. Context is always one click away.
- Bidirectional backlinks maintained automatically
- @mention teammates — they get a notification
- Link notes to any business object: projects, deals, invoices, meetings
- Timeline view shows notes and activity in chronological order
A history you can trust
BlokNotes keeps revision checkpoints as you work. Compare what changed, see who wrote it and restore any earlier version. Archived notes stay out of sight without being lost.
- Automatic revision checkpoints with author tracking
- One-click restore to any previous revision
- Soft archive instead of destructive delete
Daily notes and capture
A built-in journal gives every day its own page, backed by a calendar that flips between month and week view. Capture loose thoughts in seconds, then promote them into projects, tasks or research when they prove useful.
- One page per day with calendar navigation
- Import inbox for content captured from the web
- Full-text search across every note in the workspace
Share when you are ready
Publish any note as a public read-only page, or export a styled PDF for clients who live in email. Readers of a public note can copy it into their own workspace as a starting point.
Questions about notes & block editor
Does BlokNotes support Markdown?
Yes — the editor understands Markdown shortcuts as you type (headings, lists, bold, code and more), and the AI assistant can generate Markdown drafts directly into a note.
Can I organize notes in folders?
Notes are organized as nested pages: any note can contain sub-pages to unlimited depth. Combined with tags, favorites and full-text search, this is more flexible than rigid folders.
What happens if I delete something by accident?
Notes are archived rather than hard-deleted, and revision history lets you restore earlier versions of a note's content at any time.
