Terms of service
Written for humans: you own your content, plans have published limits, use the service lawfully, and verify generated documents before sending them.
1. The agreement
These terms govern your use of the BlokNotes application and website. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.
2. Your content
You own the content you create in BlokNotes—notes, records, files and documents. You grant us only the technical license needed to store, process and display that content to provide the service. You can export your workspaces at any time.
3. Plans, limits and billing
BlokNotes offers Free, Pro and Business workspace plans. Current prices, billing intervals and usage limits are published on the Pricing page and presented during checkout for paid subscriptions.
A plan may restrict members, note and record creation, storage, uploads, AI credits or content delivery. If a workspace reaches a limit, you may need to wait for a monthly reset, reduce usage or select another plan. Paid subscriptions continue for the selected billing period until canceled, subject to the cancellation terms shown during checkout and applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
Use BlokNotes for lawful purposes only. Do not use it to store or distribute malicious software, infringe others' rights, abuse sharing or content-delivery features, or attempt to break workspace isolation or other users' security.
5. Generated documents and AI output
Quotes, invoices and other documents are generated from the data you enter. Verifying their correctness, including tax treatment for your jurisdiction, remains your responsibility. AI-generated content is assistance, not advice; review it before relying on it.
6. Website content delivery
You are responsible for the records and fields you choose to publish through content channels, the websites you authorize, and the forms you expose. Published versions may be publicly retrievable from approved origins. BlokNotes is a content source, not the operator of your website.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep BlokNotes available and your data protected, including revision history and export tooling, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without implied warranties and any liability limitations will be applied only where legally enforceable.
8. Termination
You can stop using BlokNotes and delete workspaces. Paid subscriptions can be canceled through the available billing controls. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Belgium, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
