Members join by email invitation with a role — owner, editor or reader — and collaboration flows through mentions, notifications and a shared activity feed.

Roles that match reality
Owners run the workspace: members, billing, settings. Editors create and change content — notes, invoices, deals. Readers see everything they are given and change nothing — perfect for clients, accountants and stakeholders.

Personal mode and company mode
A personal workspace is a clean note-taking environment. Switch a workspace to company mode — by adding your business details — and it unlocks invoicing, quotes and commercial documents. Same product, two postures.

Mention a teammate and they are notified. The activity feed and timeline show what changed across the workspace, and notes track who edited what through revision history.

Choose an EU or US data region per workspace. Export your workspace data whenever you want, with document labels available in English, Dutch, French and German.
