What is BlokNotes?
BlokNotes is a connected workspace that combines block-based note-taking with the records a small business runs on: projects, tasks, companies, contacts, deals, meetings, quotes, invoices, timesheets, research and more — plus an AI assistant and a built-in headless CMS.
How is BlokNotes different from Notion or other note apps?
BlokNotes treats business objects as first-class: invoices with real tax handling and PDF generation, a CRM pipeline with activities, approvable timesheets and structured research are built in — not assembled from generic databases and templates. The writing surface stays a calm editor.
Does BlokNotes replace my invoicing tool?
For most freelancers and small teams, yes: quotes, invoices, per-line tax rates, branded PDFs, custom numbering, payment tracking and overdue statuses are all included, connected to your clients and projects.
What languages does BlokNotes support?
The interface is currently English. Generated documents and exports — invoices, timesheets — support English, Dutch, French and German labels.
Is there a mobile app?
BlokNotes runs in the browser and works on mobile screens. Dedicated mobile apps are on the roadmap.
